iScan VP50^PRO 1.04 Beta Software (April 8, 2008)

Thank you for your interest in the iScan VP50^PRO 1.04 Beta software. This software applies to iScan VP50^PRO models only, and must not be loaded into HD, HD+, VP20, VP30 or VP50 units.

This Beta version (v1.04) contains the following new features:

Added support for two new Output Formats

Two new formats have been added to the 'Output Setup → Format' menu. These formats are WUXGA (1920x1200) and WSXGA+ (1680x1050).

Maximum video output clock is increased to 165MHz

This Beta version of software also has the following improvements:

• Fixed frame rate conversion for source locked modes where the output frame rate is different from input frame rate. For example. A 60Hz input to a 24Hz output. The bug manifested in occasional stuttering motion.
• Fixed Automation Protocol so that all values can be read back and written correctly with the forthcoming “Save/Restore” macros for TeraTerm.
• Fixed compatibility issues with some HD-SDI sources (Requires revised HD-SDI Input Module)
• Resolved issue with switching to HD-SDI Input #2
• Resolved issue where some percentages of Overscan would cause noise in the image.
