If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a DVDO Home Theater product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your purchase. Please save all of your packing material since products may get damaged in shipping without proper protection.

If you decide to return a product, you are responsible for the shipping charge to return it to us. When the product arrives, we will inspect it to ensure that it was returned in original condition and with any accessories. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we will issue a full credit for your original purchase price, less the original cost of shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, or missing accessories will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Program is available to the original purchaser only, and only applies to products purchased directly from the DVDO webstore.
