When considering a purchase of a DVDO product, you should always look to purchase from an Authorized Reseller. This way you ensure that the reseller you deal with shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and installation of quality products and service.
In addition, DVDO products purchased through our Authorized U.S. Reseller Network are covered by the DVDO standard 1 year warranty. Under the warranty, we will repair or replace units that fail to function properly under normal use due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply to DVDO products bought from non-authorized dealers and distributors.
