DVDO has become aware that certain dealers are selling our products without authorization. Our Authorized reseller network is designed to make sure that you, the customer, receive the utmost quality pre-sale and post-sale support. However, DVDO is not able to make that same commitment for purchases made through other non-Authorized resellers.

IF THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD STRICTLY “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”.

Unauthorized dealers frequently sell stock that has been acquired by questionable means, including equipment that may be pre-used, damaged, or even stolen. Watch for worn/opened boxes, missing parts, lack of warranty card, or defaced serial numbers. Removal or alteration of the original DVDO serial number will automatically void the warranty on that product.

Many unauthorized dealers do not provide after-sale support or service, or if they do are ill-equipped to perform that function.  In fact, a non-Authorized dealer is in a poor position to deal with service issues, since they do not have specific knowledge and training in DVDO products, nor do they have access to genuine DVDO replacement parts.
